The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to informing and educating the public about the value of chiropractic care, welcomes the United Chiropractic Association (UCA) as its newest Global Leader.
Founded in 2000, the UCA is the youngest chiropractic association in the UK and has demonstrated steady growth since its inception, an F4CP press release noted. The UCA promotes a holistic, vitalistic approach to health, grounded in the principle that a healthy spine leads to a healthier life.
“Our goal has always been to ensure chiropractic maintains a clear and distinct identity within the broader healthcare community,” said Rekha Rampersad, DC, UCA board member. “Joining the Foundation allows us to amplify our mission globally, promote drug-free, patient-centered care and collaborate with like-minded professionals who share our commitment to chiropractic excellence.”
F4CP’s resources for Global Leaders
As a Global Leader, the UCA gains access to the Foundation’s expansive library of marketing and educational resources, including national campaigns, social media content, print advertisements, infographics, podcasts, ebooks and more—all developed to increase public awareness and utilization of chiropractic care, globally.
“We are thrilled to welcome the UCA to our growing international community,” said Kent S. Greenawalt, chairman, F4CP. “Their dedication to research, education and patient-centered care further strengthens our shared mission to advance chiropractic and support whole-being health around the world.”
The UCA is guided by core values such as vitalism, holism and humanism, and is deeply committed to scientific advancement, interprofessional collaboration and supporting the next generation of DCs. With the addition of the UCA, the Foundation’s global membership now includes 12 international associations.
