Donnell Curley named associate publisher, MASSAGE Magazine
Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl, Sept. 13, 2010–Donnell Curley, national sales representative for MASSAGE Magazine for the last four years, has been promoted to Associate Publisher, announced Joseph D. Doyle, Publisher of the 25- year-old magazine serving the massage community.
All sales operations for the magazine and for its acclaimed website, www. MASSAGEMAG.com, will report to Ms. Curley.
“Donnell is not only wholly knowledgeable in the multifaceted areas of massage including techniques and modalities, detoxification, aromatherapy, nutrition as well as practice building, marketing, and the spa market, but she has helped lead us in dominating the internet and social media which is a major growth component of the massage market,’ said Doyle.
Ms. Curley is a veteran media national account salesperson with more than 20 years selling advertising in newspapers, magazines, and e-media.
MASSAGE Magazine and its sister publication Chiropractic Economics Magazine, dominate the holistic and complementary health care media market.
“Around 60% of all chiropractic offices employ massage therapists,” said Ms. Curley. “One of my major goals will be to introduce more vendors in the massage product and services industry to the chiropractic market as well.
