November 22, 2010 — UAS Laboratories Inc. acquired all outstanding shares of APN Labs Inc. to become the sole owner.
APN Labs Inc. of Wausau, Wis., is a leading contract manufacturer of premium nutraceuticals for quality conscious companies who are seeking to develop or maintain name brand products.
APN Labs has its own condition-specific probiotic blends as well as other ingredients. With its innovative technology, APN Labs has become a leading nutraceutical manufacturer and has been operating in the USA for the past 10 years.
The facility and equipment meet the strict FDA and state health department requirements as well as the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines. APN Labs is also kosher certified. This custom manufacturing and private label expertise allows APN Labs to develop products from conception to completion for their customers.
