November 13, 2011 — Residents of the 38th District in Bergen County are in good hands after the election last night of Dr. Tim Eustace as Assemblyman. The current mayor of Maywood will now serve the citizenry of the 38th District in the State Assembly after winning last night’s election.
A longtime Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) member, Eustace has run his chiropractic clinic for 25 years in Maywood and has played a role in shaping Maywood long before serving residents in elective office, including being president of the Chamber of Commerce and Maywood Rotary, among many other community organizations.
He was nominated as the Democratic candidate for the vacated Assembly seat after statewide redistricting opened the slot. After an extensive search and interview process by the Bergen County Democratic Organization Eustace was selected for his work ethic, consensus building skills, and extreme popularity to prevail in the nomination process.
The New Jersey Assembly began reorganization proceedings Nov. 10, 2011 where committee assignments and leadership positions were distributed.
On behalf of the entire ANJC membership, we congratulate Dr. Tim Eustace on his hard fought victory and look forward to his efforts with serving the public in the great State of New Jersey.
