About the Speaker: Mona Rosene, MS, RD
Mona Rosene, MS, RD has spent more than two decades working in the nutrition industry including the food and beverage, and supplement categories. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and Master’s degree in nutrition. She currently serves as the Global Director of Scientific Affairs at ChromaDex Corp. Prior to joining ChromaDex, Mona served as the Nutrition Scientist and Scientific Affairs Manager at Danone (formerly WhiteWave Foods) where she led claim substantiation for a large portfolio of plant-base and dairy products and executed external engagement strategies to build awareness and credibility for innovation and legacy brands. Mona is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Society for Nutrition, and Dietitians in Functional Medicine.
