AFC Bournemouth star to start 10K charity road race

Chiropractic Economics November 5, 2010

November 5, 2010 — AFC Bournemouth midfielder Mark Molesley will the start the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic’s (AECC) annual 10K Charity Road Race, the AECC DASH BACK, Nov. 7.

The AECC DASH RACE starts at 11 a.m. at Urban Reef (near Boscombe Pier), with the 10K course taking a coastal route along the seafront toward Hengistbury Head before working its way back towards the AECC on Parkwood Road.

Proceeds from the event go toward continued medical/chiropractic research being conducted at the AECC – a cause that is close to Mark Molesley’s heart. Following a serious injury and related surgery earlier this year, the AECC Clinic has worked closely with Molesley as he works his way back towards match fitness.

The Cherries star visits the clinic’s Sports Exercise and Rehabilitation Centre twice a week, where he benefits from a tailored rehabilitation programme. A full interview feature with Mark, discussing the AECC Clinic’s role in his road to recovery can be found with this press release.
