Texas Chiropractic College names new director of alumni relations

Chiropractic Economics May 19, 2011

May 19, 2011 — Texas Chiropractic College (TCC) has named Gabrielle Greenwade to the new position of Director of Alumni Affairs, TCC President Dr. Richard G. Brassard announced Monday.

Greenwade has been a member of the TCC staff since 1990, serving as the executive assistant to the president. She takes on her new responsibilities effective immediately.

“I’m so excited to accept this new position,” said Greenwade. “I’ve been fortunate to work with many alumni over the years while assisting Dr. Brassard, and Dr. (S.M.) Elliott before him. This is a great opportunity for me to further and expand those relationships, for the benefit of both TCC and the alumni association. I can’t wait to get started!”

With the new position of Director of Alumni Affairs, Greenwade will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with TCC alumni; working closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors; developing working relationships between the alumni office and student affairs; and coordinating alumni affairs with ongoing admissions initiatives. She will additionally be coordinating with the Office of Institutional Advancement in fundraising for the Annual Giving Program as well as special programs and events.

“Gabrielle is the perfect person to take on this new position,” said Brassard. “She already has great working relationships with many of our alumni through her work in my office, with our Board of Trustees and assisting with our annual homecoming convention. She has already been reaching out to our alumni and I’m delighted to hear the positive responses so far.”
