April 22, 2009 — The College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University awarded 72 students with doctor of chiropractic degrees during a commencement ceremony April 17, 2009. The auditorium was filled with students, family members and friends attending the graduation ceremony.
The commencement address was delivered by Mary Jo Kreitzer, PhD, RN, FAAN, founder and director of the Center for Spirituality & Healing, University of Minnesota. Anthony Lawther, a Northwestern student and valedictorian from the graduating class, delivered the student greeting. The presidential greeting was presented by Mark Zeigler, DC, president of Northwestern.
