Kaizenovate Tech introduces Kanvas, a customized solution for chiropractic practices to deliver continuous improvement

Chiropractic Economics Staff August 11, 2020

Kanvas app on a mobile phoneKaizenovate Tech has launched Kanvas, a personalized mobile health application designed to improve patient experience, engagement and outcomes. A large clinical study demonstrated that the use of Kanvas increased treatment adherence in a population of almost 1,000 patients by 36%. Since the study was performed, app engagement has grown to more than 5,000 users.

“In this rapidly evolving era of technology, the chiropractic industry has seen a shift in the way we attract new patients and how chiropractors engage their communities to stay top-of-mind,” says Jay Greenstein, DC, Founder and CEO of Kaizenovate. “We see the Kanvas app bridging the gap between technology and health care, allowing for improved treatment adherence, outcomes, and overall patient experience.”

The Kanvas app is fully customizable and offers unique features allowing practices to acquire new patients with a proprietary virtual health assessment, increase patient retention through an engaging rewards program, maximize patient convenience with scheduling and bill pay, and offer virtual home exercise instruction. These unique features are key drivers of significant brand growth for Kanvas customers.

One of the most advanced features of the Kanvas app is its exclusive gamification algorithm. This functionality allows users to scan a QR code and receive OIG compliant rewards for adhering to their office visits. Due to its “stickiness” and behavior change technology, a clinical study demonstrated a 36% improvement in treatment adherence for Kanvas app users compared to the non-app user control group.

“Each of our clients we work with is a partnership in achieving patient and provider success,” states Greenstein. “By becoming part of our Kanvas community, we are collectively committed to helping each patient achieve optimal outcomes and each practice achieve maximum success. By being on the cutting edge of health tech, we continue to look ahead on further advancing our platform to positively impact health care globally.”

The company is currently developing new functionality within the app that will aggregate secure and de-identified patient experience and outcomes data across all of its users. To learn more about purchasing the Kanvas app, or scheduling a demo, visit kaizenovate.com/tech.
