June 10, 2008 — Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) has announced that the Journal of Chiropractic Education (JCE) was recently selected for inclusion in PubMed.
Bart Green, MSEd, DC, is the editor-in-chief of the JCE, and spearheaded the initiative to get the JCE indexed through PubMed — working for the past 18 months with a team of dedicated individuals at the journal’s publishing house, and with the Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC), the owner of the journal. Green is an alumnus of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC) at SCU.
PubMed is a service of the United States National Library of Medicine that includes over 17 million citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s.
