Dynatronics signs pact with Ohio State Chiropractic Association

Chiropractic Economics June 22, 2011

June 22, 2011 — Dynatronics Corporation announced the signing of an agreement with the Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA) to promote Dynatronics’ electronic patient communications platform, Stream, to the nearly 800 OSCA member facilities across Ohio. The agreement became effective June 1, 2011.

Stream is an automated service that leverages the latest technologies to connect practitioners with their patients via email, text messaging, and social networking tools to provide state-of-the-art communications and marketing tools for practitioners. The system reduces patient “no shows,” reactivates past patients and generates new patients. In addition, it provides a wide range of analytics and delivers automated appointment reminders — all while improving staff efficiency.

“We are very impressed with the Stream software service offered by Dynatronics,” stated Bharon Hoag, executive director of the OSCA. “Its powerful functionality is ideally suited to improve the operating efficiencies of our practitioner offices and staff.  We believe Stream will not only help our members better communicate with their patients but believe the integration of all social medias will help bring chiropractors to the forefront of current technology. This will make the service attractive to our member facilities.”

“We are thrilled that OSCA has recognized the value and benefits of this powerful software service and has agreed to help promote it to its members,” stated Larry K. Beardall, executive vice president of sales and marketing of Dynatronics. “We believe OSCA’s leadership in this area will help facilitate the adoption of Stream throughout its member organization.”

Dynatronics Corporation manufactures, markets, and/or distributes advanced-technology medical devices, orthopedic soft goods and supplies, treatment tables and rehabilitation equipment, and patient engagement technology for the physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, plastic surgery, dermatology and other related medical, cosmetic and aesthetic markets.
