ChiroHealthUSA hits the half-million dollar mark in contributions to the chiropractic profession

Chiropractic Economics Staff January 30, 2015

chirohealthusa-logoJanuary 30, 2015 — ChiroHealthUSA has donated a total of $501,346 to various chiropractic associations, including over 20 individual state associations, through its Partnering Program since its inception.

These funds help organizations deliver continuing education, positive image campaigns, and several other initiatives, all aimed at advancing the chiropractic profession.

The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress and the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations are two of the main beneficiaries of ChiroHealthUSA’s donations through 2014, receiving over $50,000 each.

“Giving back to the profession is not only a privilege, but a responsibility,” said Ray Foxworth, DC, president of ChiroHealthUSA. “As a company, one of our goals is to see chiropractic become the first resort for patients with health issues rather that the last resort as it has so often been in the past.”

Part of ChiroHealthUSA’s corporate philosophy has been helping chiropractic state associations and chiropractic foundations by giving back a portion of its revenue to these organizations. “Our donations back to the profession are not considered an expense to us. They are considered an obligation to support those who do so much for chiropractic,” Foxworth said.

During 2014, a total of $198,241 was donated to over 25 recipients, and ChiroHealthUSA expects to increase this sum in 2015 with the addition of new state associations to its partnering program and increased card sales.
