IRS approves foundation's application for nonprofit status

Chiropractic Economics November 22, 2010

November 22, 2010 — The Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation is pleased to report that we have recently received notice from the IRS of official 501(c)(3) status.

Donors may deduct contributions to the foundation as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts to the foundation are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes.

As a charitable, nonprofit organization, the foundation runs solely on donor contributions and the passion and dedication of our executive and advisory board members.
