October 26, 2016—Breakthrough Coaching, one of the chiropractic profession’s premier practice management firms, announced this month that two new coaches have become members of its coaching team.

Jennifer Lidstrom, DC
Lidstrom had been a client of Breakthrough Coaching for 10 years before becoming a coach herself. She has owned her own practice since 2004. Lidstrom has an active care, sports minded practice and works closely within the NASCAR community at her practice in North Carolina. She is also licensed in acupuncture and has a masters in nutrition which she utilizes within her practice.
Graduating from University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Jennifer Lidstrom, DC, is one of the rotating volunteer chiropractors at the U.S. Olympic Training Facilities. Through her passion for Chiropractic and the fundamentals that Breakthrough Coaching has provided, she has been able to build a successful business model that she is excited to teach and share with others. Jennifer Lidstrom resides in Mooresville, NC with her husband and 2 sons. She has also been featured on the cover of Chiropractic Economics magazine.
Steve Arculeo, DC
After first having a busy high volume practice in downtown Chicago for years, Arculeo joined Breakthrough Coaching and integrated to a multidisciplinary practice in 1999. Six months later he tripled his production. Being a Breakthrough Coaching member since it’s beginning, he brings practical knowledge of the successful application of Breakthrough Coaching systems. Arculeo has promoted chiropractic lecturing nationally and internationally for the last 20 years.
He is also a health consultant for NBC, WGN news and Chicago Cranes Magazine and created, produced and hosted for three years the TV show, The Chiropractic Connection. He is the team physician for the Illinois secretary of state and for two professional Chicago athletic teams. For over 15 years now, he has moved from seeing patients to managing his clinic. With a personal interest in organization and administration, he dedicated himself to the study of business administration and management. With his dedication to forwarding chiropractic and the optimal integrated model of health care of Breakthrough Coaching, Arculeo joined the coaching team to contribute more broadly to the success of the profession and to apply his passion for administration, marketing and practice management.
