West Hartford Group launches pro-chiropractic PSA

Chiropractic Economics June 20, 2012

June 20, 2012 — In an effort to increase awareness about “high value” treatment options like those provided by doctors of chiropractic, the chiropractic think tank the West Hartford Group Inc. (WHG), recently launched a public service announcement to enlighten patients on the benefits of chiropractic services.

West Hartford’s efforts are the result of statistics released earlier this year by the American College of Physicians, which show the overwhelming costs associated with low-back pain treatment. WHG encourages DCs to dedicate themselves to best practices including clinical excellence, intellectual honesty and the delivery of patient-centered, patient-safe, and evidence-influenced care.
