May 30, 2012 — Standard Process Inc. announces the additions of Kyle McClone, Georgia Nab, DC, and Toni Weiss to its staff of more than 300, and promotes Market Analyst Tina Hamberg to manager.
McClone joins Standard Process as a microbiologist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. As a member of Standard Process’ quality control department, McClone will help ensure the company’s whole food supplements meet or exceed the most demanding quality standards and are the highest quality products available to healthcare professionals. He was previously employed by a food testing laboratory located in Madison.
Nab is Standard Process’ newest chiropractor. A 1994 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Nab owned a chiropractic clinic in Wichita, Kan., before joining Standard Process’ health and wellness team, which includes two other on-staff chiropractors. Together, Nab and the other chiropractors provide chiropractic care and nutritional services for more than 300 employees at the company’s corporate headquarters in Palmyra.
Weiss, of Green Bay, brings more than 20 years of creative direction and account management experience in communications to her role with Standard Process as a copywriter. In her new position, Weiss will focus on creative writing and brand messaging for the company. Most recently, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay alumna worked for Schwabe North America/Enzymatic Therapy in Green Bay.
During her career, Weiss has earned regional and national awards for her work, including a Classic Telly Award (program recognizing the best in cable and regional TV) and a Women’s Day/Food Marketing Institute Best TV and Marketing Campaign award, as well as various awards in the international ADDY Award program.
Hamberg was promoted to manager of research and innovation in Standard Process’ marketing department. In her new role, Hamberg is responsible for market research, including market research activities to drive innovation, increase market share and address trends. She joined Standard Process in 2008 as a market analyst, and is pursuing her master’s degree in health and nutrition education from Hawthorn University in Whitethorn, Calif.
