Senate agrees to delay Medicare fee cuts

Chiropractic Economics November 19, 2010

November 19, 2010 — The Senate unanimously agreed Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 to delay Medicare fee cuts by one month. They were initially planned to go into effect Dec. 1.

The House of Representatives will be back in session on Nov. 29 and would be expected to consider this issue at that time.

Look for updates on the fee schedule in future ACA publications and continue to contact your representatives to urge them to take action on this important matter.

Visit the ACA Legislative Action Center so you can quickly and easily create an e-mail message to send to your congressional representatives.
