March 2, 2011 — As part of Southern California University of Health Sciences’ (SCUHS) Centennial Year Celebration, the university recognized the new inductees into the SCU Hall of Honor with a luncheon in the Standard Process Pavilion and an unveiling of their individual giving plaques on the Hall of Honor wall in the PAC.
SCUHS honored those whose gifts and donations to the university have truly made a difference. Some of the donors who were honored have paid for renovations of buildings, some have funded student scholarships, and others have consistently given on a regular basis through the on-campus fundraising program, University Partners.
Other donors who were honored made their contributions through estate plans, leaving a legacy to SCU at the end of their lives.
Donations from alumni and friends of the university are critical to the success of SCU’s mission to be the premier university of integrative healthcare education. It is SCU’s tradition to honor those individuals and organizations that have given so generously over the years.
