Progressive Laboratories introduces Amber Brooks, DC

Chiropractic Economics Staff April 30, 2014

Dr. Amber Brooks

April 15, 2014 – Progressive Laboratories Inc., a supplier of science-based, therapeutic potency nutritional supplements to healthcare professionals for over 40 years, is proud to announce the addition of Amber Brooks, DC, CACCP, board certified pediatric chiropractor, craniosacral therapist and author of 15 Things Your Doctor Doesn’t Know About Your Child: Questions Answered About Developmental Delays to our Scientific Advisory Team. Brooks will be utilizing her years of pediatric experience to develop an exciting new line of child-oriented nutritional supplements.

Brooks founded Whole Child Wellness to bridge alternative and traditional medicine by providing individualized and comprehensive approaches to pediatric wellness. She is board certified in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, specializes in craniosacral therapy and has a love and passion for treating children of all ages.

Her success is achieved by addressing the whole child and utilizing integrative methods to achieve optimal health in each child. This comprehensive approach to pediatric wellness is achieved by utilizing nutrition, chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, nutrition, integrative and functional methods in order to discover the origination of complications in children. She is an expert in addressing the challenges associated with birth trauma, nutritional and behavioral problems, as well as those children on the autism spectrum.

Over the years, Brooks has seen the struggles across all medical modalities and began mentoring and consulting other physicians and practitioners that want to help children. She is an accomplished speaker with an impressive list of speaking engagements ranging from international conferences, universities and nonprofit organizations. Her book, 15 Things Your Doctor Doesn’t Know About Your Child, helps both professionals and parents get on their wellness path and offers up much of what she teaches her patients. She has seen remarkable results with a variety of issues and looks forward to helping you on your road to wellness.
