March 26, 2009 — Foot Levelers’ Educational Division expands the talent and expertise of its Speakers Bureau with the addition of four speakers: Steve Agocs, DC; John Lockenour, DC; Kelle Plotner, DC; and Steve Troyanovich, DC.
Agocs is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He practiced in Holland, Michigan until 2007 when he accepted a full-time faculty position as a clinician and instructor of Chiropractic History and Technique Systems, as well as Thompson Technique, at ClevelandChiropractic College. Dr. Agocs practices at Kansas City Free Health Clinic, one of the largest multidisciplinary free clinics in the United States.
Lockenour is a 1977 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and is a Diplomate through the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. Lockenour has practiced chiropractic full time for more than 28 years, earning additional certification in chiropractic rehabilitation, manipulation under anesthesia, and applied diagnostic testing, along with a fellowship in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida.
Plotner started her career as a chiropractor in the most important place: a chiropractic office as a CA. Learning to manage a home, six kids, chiropractic college and now finishing up medical school, she has chosen to use her talents by giving back to the chiropractic community. These experiences along with her desire to see doctors succeed and be happy in their practices are what make her a popular speaker.
Troyanovich is a 1987 cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has authored six books and authored or co-authored more than 40 scientific journal articles regarding chiropractic evaluation and treatment methods. He currently serves as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics and The Journal of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Troyanovich is also an adjunct member of the research faculty of Life Chiropractic College-West, a member of the post-graduate faculty of National University of Health Sciences, and a Physician Researcher for the Central Illinois Neuroscience Foundation. He maintains a full-time private practice in Normal, Illinois.
