Date: March 26th, at 2PM EST.

Face it, if you treat personal injury patients, you will face them: the difficult attorney or law firm staff.  Their profession is battle.  Yours is healing. So, when it comes to getting paid and their desire to pay you less, you appear to be at a sizeable disadvantage.  Negotiations Aikido and the DISRUPTIVE method of lien negotiations turns the table in your favor.

Why get involved in PI if you have attorneys trying to force bill reductions? We will cover Why PI.  Then you need the right mindset. Mindset matters and we will talk about why and how.  Even with the right mindset, you will find yourself seeking to balance being paid your billed amount versus building law firm relationships.  This is where having a negotiations method and process is key.

We will dive into why Negotiations Aikido, and why the DISRUPTIVE method.  Think of it like a set of dominos. When properly aligned, success is inevitable. As will be negotiating even with difficult attorneys as you learn and over time come to master this area.
