PALM HARBOR, FL – Standard Process presented Dr. Lester Bryman, the co-founder of Nutrition Response Testing with their lifetime achievement award on December 6, 2008 at the Ulan Nutritional Systems Symposium.
Dr. Bryman has taught over 200 health practitioners to become experts in the fields of nutrition and most notably, Nutrition Response Testing; a technique he co-founded with Dr. Freddie Ulan which helps the practitioner to determine precisely which supplements to recommend to their patients.
In a tangible realization of Standard Process President, Charles DuBois’ wish that the company “give more back to the field of chiropractic” he presented the company’s lifetime achievement award to Bryman at a luncheon honoring the doctor for his fifty years of contributions to the fields of chiropractic and nutrition; most notably, co-founding Nutrition Response Testing. Bryman teaches his technique via an intensive postgraduate training program, called Advanced Clinical Training. His program is offered only a few times each year and only through Ulan Nutritional Systems in Clearwater, Florida.
This award was the second of two ever given by the 80-year-old whole foods supplements manufacturer. The last health practitioner to receive this prestigious award was the late Dr. George Joseph Goodheart, the chiropractor who founded Applied Kinesiology (AK) and whose research served as the basis for the International College of Applied Kinesiology. AK, also known as “muscle testing” was the foundation for Dr. Bryman’s now popular technique. “To be held on that kind of level you know – it’s just great. I know when I was coming up as a chiropractor; I always looked up to Dr. Goodheart as THE man. It’s amazing to know that now other people look up to me,” stated Dr. Bryman as he gave his acceptance speech.
