Northwestern Health Sciences University to host massage therapy career info session

Chiropractic Economics November 20, 2013

NorthwesternHealthNovember 20, 2013 — Northwestern Health Sciences University will host an information session on careers in massage therapy Dec. 5, 2013, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Attendees will receive a gift certificate for a free 30-minute massage at the Bloomington Clinic.

Northwestern Health offers a certificate program and Associate of Applied Science degree in therapeutic massage. The Northwestern Health program offers a science-based curriculum with exceptional hands-on clinical opportunities. The information session is geared to new students interested in starting as soon as January 2014. Classes also begin in May and September. The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts a 20 percent increase in massage therapy jobs by the year 2020.

Prospective students who attend our Information Session and apply to Northwestern by Dec. 15, 2013 will receive a $300 first-term tuition grant.
