March 3, 2009 — Northwestern Health Sciences University will soon be able to interact face-to-face with those around the world thanks to a generous gift of $500,000 donated by Integrity Management. The gift will support Northwestern’s alumni, student, and career services center with a portable, high-tech videoconferencing system.
The gift also went toward the construction of the Integrity Management Smart Center. The Center will include several permanent large-screen videoconferencing televisions, accompanying video cameras, and tables and chairs for participants.
Construction on the Integrity Management Smart Center should begin in mid-March 2009, and be completed by June 1, 2009. The room will hold between 80 and 110 people, and can be split into two rooms with a moveable wall. It will be located in rooms 17 and 19 on the lower level, across from where the bookstore is currently.
