February 18, 2010 — Northwestern Health Sciences University awarded $32,425 in academic scholarships to 33 chiropractic students at the annual chiropractic homecoming.
This was the largest amount of money ever awarded to students in homecoming history. The individual awards ranged from $250 to $1,500 and were privately funded by alumni and Northwestern-affiliated donors.
Scholarships will also be awarded to Northwestern massage therapy students at the Massage Symposium and Spring Gathering and to the acupuncture and Oriental medicine students at the Great River Symposium in March 2010.
