Money Tree Billing, LLC now offers services to ChiroTouch offices

Chiropractic Economics Staff September 15, 2017

September 12, 2017– Minnesota-based Money Tree Billing, LLC has added ChiroTouch to its list of chiropractic software system options. The addition allows the company to offer specialized insurance billing services to U.S. chiropractic offices utilizing ChiroTouch or Eclipse practice management software.

The decision was finalized in late June and further expands Money Tree Billing’s abilities to offer insurance billing services to a greater number of chiropractic offices. Utilizing remote access technology, their process streamlines insurance billing for maximum efficiency. A specialized team of billing experts monitors and updates accounts in real time, essentially becoming virtual insurance billing assistants for the office. Money Tree Billing, LLC, which specializes solely in chiropractic insurance billing, was founded in 2007.

“From our many years working as chiropractic assistants and billing staff, we saw insurance billing becoming more complicated and time consuming for doctors,” says Shannon Roberts, Certified Chiropractic Reimbursement Specialist and the organization’s co-founder. “Looking to the future, we didn’t see the insurance billing processing becoming any less complex and knew a time would come when every office would need a billing expert. It’s a role we knew we could fill for doctors.”

For the past 10 years their services have been limited to offices utilizing Eclipse practice management software. Requests to modify their services to encompass ChiroTouch software has increased each year. “It meant mastering another software solution, which was a decision we didn’t take lightly,” adds Roberts. “It’s something we committed to do to help more chiropractors and have invested significant resources to ensure our staff is ready and capable.”
