Michigan Association of Chiropractors increases support to the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress

Chiropractic Economics Staff January 29, 2014

MAC_logoJanuary 29, 2014 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP) recently announced that the Michigan Association of Chiropractors (MAC) is now its highest monthly contributor among state associations.

For 2014, the MAC has committed to a donation in the amount of $30,120, which will significantly boost the activities and associated media coverage of the positive press campaign.

“The dedicated members of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors are committed to supporting the important initiatives of the F4CP,” says Kristine Dowell, MAC executive director. “The public relations and educational activities spearheaded by the F4CP are extremely beneficial to the future of this great profession. We strongly encourage all state associations to join us as proud supporters.”

In addition to a monetary donation, the MAC has published a letter officially proclaiming its support of the F4CP to the chiropractic profession. Within the letter, it communicates the impact of the campaign and challenges other groups to commit to a contribution. The letter, along with an informational video, will be published online at the websites of Dynamic Chiropractic and Chiropractic Economics.

Kent S. Greenawalt, chairman, F4CP, appreciates the support of MAC, stating, “The F4CP is grateful that its supporters recognize and appreciate the value of our campaign.  As we continue to gain support, we will continue to improve our efforts and better serve the chiropractic profession.”
