January 12, 2011 — MED3OOO, recently announced that its InteGreat EHR V6.4 offering is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a complete EHR Jan. 7, 2011, by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
“MED3OOO is proud to provide this significant step for our clients to be considered meaningful users of EHR and aide them in achieving meaningful use incentives,” stated Eric Sellers, senior vice president of technology services for MED3OOO. “In addition to offering an ONC-ATCB certified EHR, MED3OOO takes meaningful use to the next level with its full suite of products and services that integrate seamlessly and offer hospitals, affiliated physicians, and independent practices the greatest opportunity for comprehensive clinical, operational, and financial success.”
“MED3OOO is committed to educating and guiding its clients in their achievement of Meaningful Use standards,” continued Sellers. “Our certified products, coupled with our experience and commitment to our clients, make MED3OOO an ideal choice for an EHR implementation. Gaining our ONC-ATCB certification is an exciting milestone for us and our clients.”
The ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification program tests and certifies that complete EHRs meet all of the 2011/2012 criteria and EHR Modules meet one or more — but not all — of the criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) for either eligible provider or hospital technology.
“CCHIT is pleased to be testing and certifying products so that companies are now able to offer these products to providers who wish to purchase and implement certified EHR technology and achieve meaningful use in time for the 2011-2012 incentives,” said Karen M. Bell, MD, MSS, Chair, CCHIT.
MED3OOO’s InteGreat EHR V6.4 certification number is CC-1112-294729-1. ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification conferred by CCHIT does not represent an endorsement of the certified EHR technology by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, nor does it guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
