February 21, 2013 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress recently announced the appointment of Lance Cohen, DC, to its board of directors.
“The success of the F4CP is undoubtedly attributable to the knowledge and experience put forth by the organization’s board members,” says Kent S. Greenawalt, chairman, F4CP. “I am pleased to welcome Dr. Cohen, and eager to witness all that he will bring to the F4CP. As a younger member of the chiropractic community, his unique perspective and connectivity is sure to strengthen the campaign’s message, reach and progression.”
Cohen is a Cleveland Chiropractic College – Los Angeles graduate, specializing in sports injury and rehabilitation techniques. From 2008-2009, he served as the national legislative chair for the Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA), as well as the North American regional representative for the World Congress of Chiropractic Students. Cohen completed an extensive three-month internship at the National Naval Medical Hospital, where he was later selected as the second chiropractor ever to complete a fellowship in integrative medicine. Today, he serves as a second-generation chiropractor, practicing with his father in La Jolla, Calif.
