Integrative Therapeutics to sponsor webinar on how to increase curcumin levels

Chiropractic Economics Staff November 27, 2012

November 27, 2012 — On Dec. 12, through an exclusive webinar sponsored by Integrative Therapeutics, Dr. Gaetano Morello will discuss a new and novel preparation of turmeric that utilizes patented, natural colloidal dispersion technology to enhance bioavailability, and dramatically increase curcumin levels in the blood.

Unlike other forms of curcumin, this product is water-dispersible, meaning it dissolves quickly and maintains solubility over time, thereby improving curcumin’s overall absorption. According to Morello, “Human trials show that this new preparation is over 27 times more bioavailable than standard curcumin extracts. This high absorbability means that supplementation can maximize curcumin’s biological effects in the body.”

Curcumin has been shown to exhibit powerful antioxidant activity, support the body’s natural detoxification pathways, and provide pain relief due to occasional overuse. Not only does it support a healthy inflammation response, but it also supports liver, and cognitive function, athletic performance, and healthy cell proliferation.

Morello, a naturopathic physician with more than 20 years’ of clinical experience, will discuss specific indications and present compelling case studies and clinical information that practitioners can use with patients right away.

The webinar is titled: “Curcumin: Combining Modern Pharmacology and Traditional Wisdom for Optimal Clinical Results,” and will take place Dec. 12 at 7:00 p.m. (CT).

There is no cost for this practitioner exclusive educational webinar. For more information on all Integrative Therapeutics educational events go to integrativeinc.com/Education/Events.aspx.
