May 26, 2010 — Standard Process Inc. announced that the company has been named a “Top 100 Workplace” by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for 2010.
The “Top Workplace” designation is given to leading workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin based on employee opinions collected through an anonymous survey. The survey, conducted by Workplace Dynamics of Exton, Pa., revealed which companies have the best reputation with their employees compared to other participating organizations.
Companies were grouped in small, midsize, and large categories, with Standard Process being recognized as one of the top 35 midsize companies in the region. The survey measured six factors about the workplace: direction, execution, career, conditions, manager, and pay and benefits.
The honor means a great deal to the DuBois family, third-generation owners of Standard Process.
“Being named as a top workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin is very important to us, especially because the recognition is based solely on responses submitted by Standard Process employees,” said Charles DuBois, president of Standard Process, speaking on behalf of the family. “We thank our employees who dedicate so much of themselves to helping Standard Process remain successful. Their hard work has allowed us to continue our growth and remain a leader in the field of nutrition.”
