[Infographic] The United States of Anxiety

Chiropractic Economics November 8, 2016

Anxiety is a common condition that undoubtedly affects some of your patient population, even if you don’t realize it.

The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) reports that anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder afflict approximately 40 million adult Americans. Based on these numbers, this means that approximately 1 in 5 people will develop some type of anxious condition in their lives, making it the most common mental illness in the U.S.

As a chiropractor, you are in the perfect position to offer natural solutions for anxiety and other mood disorders to patients, especially if other options have failed.

Anxiety is a common disorder among your patients.
