Houston DCs help patients with PEMF therapy

For executive assistant Roberta Vogeltanz, working long hours at a computer was not helping her neck, middle back, lower back, hip, ankle and knee pain.

Brandon Siegmund, DC, part of the team at Core Chiropractic, explained to Houston Life that Vogeltanz continued to endure the pain and push through.

”She’d been to DCs before, but didn’t get results because they never really put her on anything consistent as far as a plan. She was trying everything under the sun to get it corrected and nothing really ever seemed to help,” Siegmund continued.

At Core Chiropractic, doctors Natalie and Phillip Cordova and their team of DCs tailor patients’ treatment plans by combining adjustments with other cutting-edge therapies, such as pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy.

“We can push through pain, quite regularly, and that’s why I think people do push it off like, ‘oh, it’ll go away. It’ll fix itself.’ But once the pain is just not going away and it’s not letting them be who they want to be and do the things they want to do, it becomes an issue,” said Natalie Cordova, DC.

Following a plan at Core Chiropractic that included regular adjustments and PEMF therapy, Vogeltanz, found relief from the pain she had endured for years.

Siegmund explained that PEMF works to “re-energize the battery” of our bodies.

“It can help heal disks, frozen shoulders, a lot of different neck and back issues as well,” said Philip Cordova.
