Grand Rapids chiropractic center receives ‘Talk of the Town’ excellence award

Chiropractic Economics September 16, 2011

September 16, 2011 — Peak Performance Chiropractic, a chiropractic and whole-body wellness center in Grand Rapids, Mich. has been awarded the “Talk of the Town” award for the second year in a row.

The “Talk of the Town” award recognizes outstanding local businesses that have generated buzz within their community for quality services and commitment to excellence. The award is based on analyzing customer satisfaction data available on user review websites that reflect local, community-based buzz. Peak Performance Chiropractic Center helps Grand Rapids patients recover from auto accidents, personal injuries and also provides pain management for chronic conditions including back pain, arthritis and headaches.

Dr. Michael Kwast a chiropractor with Peak Performance Chiropractic, announced that the wellness center has received the “Talk of the Town” award for the second year in a row.

The “Talk of the Town” award recognizes outstanding local businesses that have generated significant buzz within their community. The award is based on customer satisfaction rankings on free, user review websites that reflect community buzz.

“We are deeply honored to receive the ‘Talk of the Town’ award two years running,” said Kwast. “This award reflects our commitment to delivering the best possible wellness care and natural pain management solutions to the Northern Grand Rapids and Southern Grand Rapids communities.”

Peak Performance Chiropractic has two locations — one in the south, one in the north — to better serve the Grand Rapids community. Both locations reflect the practice’s deep commitment to whole body wellness and non-invasive pain relief for back pain, arthritis and headaches.

“An important part of our mission is to educate the community about chiropractic care,” said Marc Lindhout, DC. “So many of our patients are seeking real pain relief solutions for back pain, arthritis and headaches, but have never visited a chiropractor before and are unfamiliar with chiropractic care. This award symbolizes that we are succeeding in our mission to generate ‘buzz’ in the community about safe alternatives to prescription painkillers and invasive surgery.”

In addition to chiropractic, the wellness center also offers massage therapy, corrective exercises and comprehensive nutritional counseling for weight loss. These services reflect the practice’s mission to whole body wellness.

“We believe in providing pain management and pain relief through natural, non-invasive treatments that not only relieve pain but also correct the underlying problem. This is different from traditional medical care that ‘covers up’ pain with medication,” said Ryan Klier, DC. “Winning the ‘Talk of the Town’ award two years running is a tremendous honor and a wonderful recognition that our commitment to whole body wellness really is make a difference in the Grand Rapids community.”

The “Talk of the Town” award is a nationally based recognition that is awarded to local businesses across the United States in recognition for outstanding community feedback. The award is based on an aggregation of customer service ranking on free, user review websites.
