DCs invited to participate in PBRN research

Chiropractic Economics June 10, 2008

June 10, 2008 — The Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN) of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) is currently conducting two studies and extends invitations for participation to interested chiropractors. The studies have institutional review-board (IRB) approval from Life Unversity.

The duration of the IRB approval is from January 2008 through June 2009. The data, concerning safety and efficacy of chiropractic treatment of pregnant women, will be collected from doctors and patients.

DCs who are not yet a PBRN member can get information on membership and participation at www.icpa4kids.com.

Participation in PBRN studies can be applied toward pediatric certification or diplomate.Source: International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, www.icpa4kids.com
