Conway elected to NBCE board

Chiropractic Economics May 18, 2012

May 18, 2012 — Steven R. Conway, DC, JD, of Athens, Wis., was elected as an at-large director for a two-year term by the board of directors of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) at their annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas, May 4, 2012.

Conway is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. He currently practices law and is a partner with the DeWitt Ross and Stevens Law firm. Conway is a national spokesperson for the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and serves as the ACA’s Chairman of the ACA Audit Defense Task Force, which is helping chiropractors from across the nation with Medicare audit defense.

Conway served on the Wisconsin Chiropractic Examining Board from 2002-2011 and was honored by the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association as Chiropractor of the Year in 1992. He has been a frequent participant in NBCE’s Parts III and IV test committees and aided in developing the NBCE’s essay format Ethics and Boundaries Examination.
