March 6, 2015 — Two of the most popular software companies in chiropractic have taken their integrations one step further. The Wellness Score System, one of the four Cash Practice Systems, is now accessible directly within the 6.1 version of ChiroTouch patient management software.
Users of both systems can now run, edit, compare, and analyze their Wellness Reports directly within patients’ accounts in ChiroTouch. This further streamlines procedures and tasks for the office staff and doctor—a convenience that saves time and money.

The integration of The Wellness Score System is the second stage in the union between the two companies. They have already integrated the Auto-Debit System into ChiroTouch, which allows users to process one-time payments and auto-debits and have it post to the patients’ ledgers, as well as compliantly store patient billing on file.

The two companies kicked off the integration with a webinar on March 3, featuring Bodzin and Wellness Score creator Dane Donohue, DC, titled “Build Your Wellness Based Practice with the Wellness Score.”
The webinar, which highlights the integration as well as tips on how to simplify the Report of Findings and Re-Exams, was recorded and will be released at a later time.
