November 20, 2012 — CareCredit, a healthcare credit card, recently completed a comprehensive redesign of its CareCredit.com website for practices who accept CareCredit as a financial option. The streamlined site delivers enhanced functionality, simplifying the CareCredit program for their practice.
The new, clean, and simple layout and easy to navigate interface enables users to perform a number of functions from the home page including: log-on and application processing, transactions, and viewing and printing key reports.
Each page features a link to the online Payment Calculator for quick and easy access, as well as a “click to chat” feature that immediately connects the practice to a CareCredit support representative. The office team members can also check the status of an application in real time, request a credit line increase, and reprint receipts. Nearly 110,000 providers are already registered to use the new site. Providers who need to register should visit carecredit.com and click on the “HealthCare Provider “tab.
