Black men eat few fruits, vegetables

Urban black men in the U.S. typically fit few fruits and vegetables into their diets and most are unaware of how many servings they should be getting, a new study suggests. Health experts generally recommend that men eat at least nine servings, or about 4.5 cups, of fruits and vegetables each day.
