All Cryoderm patient size bottles are now TSA exempt and can be carried onboard an aircraft
The company has contacted TSA to insure that patients can carry Cryoderm through airport security checkpoints and onto the airplane.
TSA will now allow Cryoderm through security check points and onboard the aircraft by simply following the below procedure.
Cryoderm must not be placed in the quart-size bag with other liquids and must be kept separate from all other property submitted for x-ray screening. Simply show the bottle to the TSA Officer and tell them that it is a medication they take and is TSA approved.
Additionally each bottle of Cryoderm carries an NDC (National Drug Code) number on it that TSA will now recognize.
