AECC hires global entrepreneur

Chiropractic Economics August 2, 2011

August 2, 2011 — International innovator and entrepreneur Dr. Dave Richards will join the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) on Aug. 1 as the director of marketing and business development and member of the executive.

With Richard’s leadership, the college hopes to achieve substantial growth, and is already driving forward plans for a series of new healthcare clinics in the region.

He is a globally-recognized authority on strategic leadership and transformation. In addition to his strong track record with world-leading brands such as Oracle, he has launched various successful businesses, most notably a major venture between Nortel Networks and United Utilities.

Richards recently served as interim CEO for Ellis Jones Solicitors and senior vice president of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce.

He lectures at Bournemouth University and BPP London business schools, and serves as chairman of Ceuta Capability Group and as a non-executive director with HealthCounter.com and the West Hants Club.

Dr. Ken Vall, AECC Principal, says: “Dave brings a critical business skill set to the Senior Executive Team, which will be vitally important to our growth and development of new income streams as part of our 2020 Strategic Vision.”
