Performance Health Sponsors Runner in 2016 Boston Marathon

Performance Health is pleased to announce that Nicole Bucar, TheraBand Associate Product Manager, is a member of The Massage Therapy Foundation’s Running for Research Team (TEAM MTF) participating in the 2016 Boston Marathon.

Running is hard on the body, and whether I’m receiving deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy or relaxation massage, the treatments’ benefits are enormous to both my wellbeing and training. I know that massage therapy is just as important to my training as the progressive runs I schedule over a four or five month training bout.”
