Chiropractic Economics July 14, 2010

July 14, 2010 — A recent study by URAC, one of the two major payer accrediting organizations, reports that while many organizations in the medical industry are focusing resources on health information technology, patients are having trouble accessing their health information online.

According to this study, healthcare organizations polled stated that there is an increase in demand for patient accessibility of health information. However, the same organizations also reported that the biggest challenge in developing technology to facilitate patient accessibility is cost. To find out more about this study, click here.
