UAS Labs wins ‘Best of Supplements’ award

Chiropractic Economics September 27, 2010

September 27, 2010 — Cran-Gyn DDS, the patent-pending triple-action women’s health formula has won the 2010 Best of Supplements award given by Better Nutrition, the leading health supplement magazine in the USA.

The award recognizes Cran-Gyn DDS as an outstanding supplement in the Women’s Health Category. Better Nutrition selects its winners based upon extensive input from experts in the field including naturopaths, physicians, and supplement industry experts.

Cran-Gyn DDS was introduced by UAS Laboratories of Eden Prairie, Minn. at the 2010 Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, Calif. in March 2010. Since its introduction, it has been a popular Women’s Health product in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.  In the USA, major health food stores, physicians, naturopaths, chiropractors and other health professionals carry Cran-Gyn DDS.

Cran-Gyn DDS was developed by Dr. SK Dash of UAS Laboratories as a joint venture with Valensa International. Cran-Gyn DDS combines clinically tested, proprietory, UAS probiotic blend 003 with a patent-pending blend of concentrated cranberry fruit extract and all natural D-mannose, developed by Valensa International.

Cran-Gyn DDS is the subject of a clinical study for women with a history of UTIs. Physicians from UND School of medicine and Mayo Clinic have initiated this study to evaluate the potential for using alternative therapy to prevent recurrence of UTIs. The study is expected to be complete later this year.
