On May 15, the Tennessee Chiropractic Education & Research Foundation (TNChiroFoundation) unveiled its new chiropractic scholarship program, according to a Tennessee Chiropractic Association press release.
The newly launched TNChiroFoundation Scholarship is an exclusive opportunity, targeted at high-achieving students who are committed to pursuing a career in chiropractic with the aim of practicing in Tennessee. This initiative is part of the foundation’s broader strategy to address the state’s healthcare needs by ensuring a steady pipeline of well-trained chiropractic physicians.
“Education is a pillar of the TNChiroFoundation mission. Investing in the next generation of chiropractors is pivotal for the progression of chiropractic care across Tennessee,” stated Andrew Dixon, DC, Chairman of the TNChiroFoundation. “This scholarship represents a crucial step in fulfilling our commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of Tennesseans through contributing to advancing chiropractic access and education.”
Scholarship awards will be determined annually based on the availability of funds and the merit of applicants. The application deadline for the 2024 cycle is set for June 30, with scholarship recipients to be announced by July 15.
