Standard Process gives $1M to Parker College

Chiropractic Economics January 23, 2009

January 23, 2009 — Standard Process Inc., manufacturer of nutritional whole food supplements, has given Parker College of Chiropractic a $1 million gift. The company presented Parker President Fabrizio Mancini, DC with the check at Parker’s recent 2009 Las Vegas Parker Seminar.

For the past 80 years, chiropractors have been devoted supporters of Standard Process. In an effort to give back to the chiropractic profession that has given so much to Standard Process, the company has offered its ongoing support to the chiropractic profession by working with Parker and other chiropractic colleges.

“Chiropractic education is where I believe Standard Process can deliver long-term benefits, promoting the future of chiropractic that encompasses the whole food philosophy,” said Charles DuBois, president, Standard Process. “Parker has been very influential in chiropractic, producing highly educated and well-rounded chiropractors who strive to provide the best chiropractic and nutritional care to their patients. It is Standard Process’ honor to be able to provide Parker and Dr. Mancini with this gift.”

Standard Process is helping many of the chiropractic colleges with the development of nutritional education; providing products for the colleges’ clinics; funding for campus renovations that provide enhanced learning environments for students and faculty; and support of continuing education seminars for college alumni.
