April 9, 2012 — Roscoe Medical, a major manufacturer and distributor of home medical equipment, announced the acquisition of Current Solutions, a leading supplier of TENS, EMS, IF, electrodes, lotions, and topical analgesics.
Current Solutions will operate as a division of Roscoe Medical from its state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Austin, Texas.
“Current Solutions has a successful operation and product portfolio that will strengthen our pain management offering and provide our customers with the lineup of retail items they have been asking for,” said Paul Guth, president and CEO of Roscoe Medical. “The acquisition perfectly complements our overall vision and growth strategy.”
