Poly Gel launches ThermoTecc

Chiropractic Economics March 19, 2010

March 19, 2010 — ThermoTecc is a new line of low temperature, heat moldable customizable orthotics created to provide maximum choice to healthcare professionals with a minimum amount of inventory required.

All ThermoTecc models use our thin, light, dense, anatomically designed 75 durometer EVA shells, which can be easily heat molded or adjusted to fit your patient’s varied requirements.

All models are full length and easily trimmed to fit all styles of footwear without additional inventory. All ThermoTecc shells are made without any sizes, trim lines, or logos. This is only sold to professionals.

There are 3 main varieties available:

• Basic Black Shell:  to be used as is or as the basis to create your own customizable orthotic.

• Shell covered with 2mm or 4mm PTecLT:  PTecLT is our proprietary cushioning material that is open cell polyurethane similar to memory foam.

• Fully finished Tri-Laminate: We have covered the PTecLT with our BambooTecc fabric.  This fabric consists of nano-bamboo fibers combined with polyester to create an anti-odor, anti-microbial, anti-fungal top layer.
