The vice president of the college of chiropractic will provide inspired leadership, management, and oversight of the college of chiropractic that includes the academic department, wellness clinics, research, and library. Duties include providing leadership to the faculty, manage the processes through which teaching and learning is conducted and administered at the college of chiropractic.
The VP of the college of chiropractic will develop and manage the budget and assist faculty in support of the curriculum to accomplish vision and mission of university. The VP will also provide leadership in the CCE reaffirmation and serve as the CCE accreditation liaison, be the focal point for planning activities and act as a catalyst in support of faculty research, collecting and distilling various points of view; serve as a contributor with creative suggestions; to be responsible for support services; provide the Provost with reports, recommendations, and solutions.
Education/expertise: Doctorate degree in chiropractic; considerable experience and knowledge in all phases of CCE accreditation and general academic administration. Thorough knowledge of chiropractic education inclusive of the clinical component; PhD is desirable.
