Every fall, Parker University alumni gather at their alma mater for a celebration of the impact they have made in their careers. This annual weekend of live and in-person events, held Oct. 4-6 this year, allows Parker University alumni to network and catch up with their classmates while also attending the Dallas Seminar on-campus.
This year, a university press release noted, Parker welcomed 550 alumni, who returned to campus to participate in these one-of-a-kind events:

Golf tournament. This year, thanks to generosity from sponsors, 72 participants raised more than $30,000! All of this donated money goes to Parker student scholarships. To participate in this fun and beneficial tournament next year, save the date – Oct. 2, 2025.
Alumni awards. Congratulations to this year’s alumni award recipients! Joseph Holman, DC, was awarded Alumni of the Year; Chris Shifflet, DC, was honored as the Young Alumni of the Year; and Michael Martin, DC, was given the Lifetime Achievement award.
Brick laying ceremony: Century Club members and alumni gathered to take part in the Memorial Brick Ceremony on campus. A special recognition and thanks go to the friends and families of Dr. Beaird, Dr. Page and Dr. Watts for attending the ceremony.
Career networking lunch: Several businesses came to Parker University to share job opportunities with current students. This gave students a chance to ask questions, envision their futures, and meet important leaders in the current healthcare industry.
Reunion dinner: The classes of ‘89, ‘94, ‘99, ‘04, ‘09, and ‘14 shared and celebrated reunions with Parker University. Next year, Parker will recognize and celebrate the classes of ‘90, ‘95, ‘2000, ‘05, ‘10, and ‘15!
World Congress of Women Chiropractors Luncheon: This luncheon with the WCWC organization provides an exclusive opportunity for students and practicing doctors to network and connect. During the recent event, more than 50 attendees raised hundreds of dollars to support student scholarships.
